2. Intellectual and industrial property.
The source code, graphic designs, images, photographs, sounds, animations, software, texts, information, and elements of the web page are protected by Spanish legislation on intellectual and industrial property rights in favor of FUNDACIÓN SEIMC-GESDIA. However, the user can visualize these elements and display them for his/her personal use. The use of these elements for commercial purposes is prohibited. 3. Protection of persona data

FUNDACIÓN SEIMC-GESIDA undertakes to fulfill current Spanish legislation on the protection of personal data as stipulated in Organic Law 15/1999 and any other regulations that develop or add to it. Personal data provided by the user through completion of forms will be processed automatically and included by FUNDACION SEIMC-GESIDA in its files, which are registered with the Data Protection Agency and for which the safety measures stipulated in current legislation will be adopted to guarantee that the user’s personal data remain confidential. Personal data will be used exclusively for the purposes set out in the data collection form. FUNDACIÓN SEIMC-GESIDA will not release or report personal data to third parties. All data will be managed with the appropriate level of confidentiality.
